AT&T has implemented C2M throughout its organization to create stronger operational efficiencies. The largest deployment for AT&T has been with the device certification team. Every device that is onboarded onto the AT&T network must first be certified. This process used to take more than 30 days. After implementing C2M, that time has now dropped to 5 days. This is saving hundreds of thousands of dollars for AT&T each year.
Average Device Onboarding Time
AT&T’s Project One has reduced the average number of days in Lab Entry by 22 days or 82% since being deployed in 2010.
